Founded by Emma Barrett

Embrace Serenity was created from a place of exhaustion, resilience, and the quiet realisation that I had forgotten to take care of myself.

In 2022, while working in a hospital pharmacy and raising my two children as a single mum, I thought I was doing everything “right.” I launched a candle business and hit 100 orders in just three months. On paper, I was winning.

But behind the scenes, I was overwhelmed, burnt out, and running on empty.

I realised I was helping everyone else — patients, colleagues, family — but I wasn’t giving myself permission to pause.

Embrace Serenity was rebuilt with purpose.

Today, every wood-wick candle, wax melt, bath product and wellbeing creation is designed with intention. Using quality ingredients like coconut and rapeseedwax, nourishing oils and calming scents, each product is made to help you slow down (even if it’s just for ten minutes at the end of a long day).

This brand is more than fragrance.

It’s about creating moments of grounding.
It’s about preventing the spiral before it starts.
It’s about reminding women - especially busy mums and hardworking souls - that they matter too.

As Embrace Serenity grows, my dream is to expand into curated wellbeing boxes and create space for others to feel supported during life’s heavier seasons.

Because relaxation isn’t a luxury.
It’s essential.
