Our Grounding Cards put 10 simple grounding techniques in one small, easy-to-reach place, giving you something practical to turn to when you want to reconnect with the present moment.

Small enough to keep in your bag, beside your bed or at your desk, the A7 cards are held together on a keyring so you can keep them close wherever you go.

Each technique has been chosen to give you a different way of bringing your attention back to the here and now, allowing you to explore which approaches work best for you.

Grounding isn't one-size-fits-all.

Something that helps in one moment might not feel right in another, which is why we've brought together a variety of techniques rather than relying on just one.

Simply flick through your cards and choose the one that feels manageable in that moment.

From the Grounding Box to their own little product 🌿

These cards were originally created as part of the Embrace Serenity Grounding Box.

After taking the prototype to Ideas Fest and receiving such a lovely response to the cards themselves, I decided they deserved to become a standalone product too.

So this is their very first print run.
